On December 2007, Cleverlearn Residences started its operations at Mactan, Lapu-lapu City with the initial purpose of providing accommodation to Cleverlearn students. But due to the demand of other visitors, we opened our hotel to non-students. Now, our guests comprise of Cleverlearn students, Film students, actors and crews, businessmen and other guests. Cleverlearn Residences is a place in Cebu where you can enjoy nature at its best. Located in the One Hollywood Boulevard beside the famous Bigfoot building, you are sure to see exciting things and a mixture of nationalities. It is just 10 minutes from the Mactan International Airport and less than 5 minutes from popular beaches like Maribago and Tambuli Beach Resort. This hotel has 82 rooms: single, double and quad.
